- Submit application to the respective State Committee or Central Office.
- Undergo a performance evaluation.
- Send two representatives for 3–5 days of training at DNMCI centers (Delhi, Goa, Siliguri).
- Submit PAN card (name must match the channel name).
- Meet minimum subscriber count.
Upon Successful Completion, a unique DNMCI Registration Number will be issued, backed by national accreditation under Government-registered recognition.

After completing your registration, you can pay your Membership Fee directly to the Digital News and Media Council of India (DNMCI) through any of the following methods:
1. Bank Transfer :
Transfer the applicable membership fee directly to the official DNMCI Bank Account (PNB). (Bank account details will be provided upon request.)
2. Google Pay (GPay / PayTm / UPI) :
